BALE WRAPPERS

The bale wrapper features a side mounted loading lever ensuring fast and efficient operation, since pickup and wrapping takes place when driving to the next bale or storage point. The bale wrapper is equipped with a modern universal dispenser for 500 mm and 750 mm wide film as well as film pickup and cutting device, thus minimizing operator intervention to installation of new film rolls. The load frame is adjustable. Wrapper is equipped with a system for rotating the right wheel axle, thus shortening the transport width of the machine on one side. It'ss characterized by high operating efficiency, taking about 2 minutes to complete the wrapping process. Control takes place from the tractor cab through control levers. Wrapper features a programmable counter indicating actual number of bale wraps, operating time, bale count, average bales per hour. Counter can function independently in three fields.

The self loading Z593 bale wrapper has a front loader which ensures quick and effective loading, because it happens in the line of operation of the baler (lengthwise and not sidewise like other balers). Collection and wrapping of bales happens while driving to the next bale or to the stacking site, which raises efficiency. The machine is equipped with a film cutter - grabber, which limits the involvement of the user to loading a new roll of film. After wrapping the bale can be inverted and stood on end with the use of the bale on end kit, which reduces the risk of damaging of the film.

The bale wrapper is equipped with a loading device that picks up packed bales in the rear and wraps them while traveling to the next bale or drop off point. Gentle handling of bales on the ground protects them against mechanical damage. Designated for stationary operation for wrapping of 500 - 750 mm wide film. Use of an electric motor (220V motor gear unit) reduces operating costs and increases machine life. Every bale wrapper features a counter as standard equipment.

After compacting of bale ends Stretch-O-Matiс wraps with the film only cylindrical part of the bale, thus the economy is 60% of the film (in comparison with the individual bale capsulation). Wrapper of 8400 model is grouping all bales into the one line and then covers them with the film. Wrapping is automatic. Operator is locating bales in line with the help of the frontal tractor loader. Then wrapper removes, presses and wraps bales. After wrapping of the bale wrapper is switching to waiting mode till the beginning of wrapping of the next bale.

Is intended for wrapping the silage with humidity 45 – 75 % into the film pipe. Packer work is based on autonomic explosion motor. Storage of bales in pipes like this reduces forage losses for 10 – 20% and allows to keep for 10-15 % more nutrient materials and reduce costs for about 20-25 %.

Packer is intended for wrapping of milled forage into the plastic film pipes. Packer uses tractor with capacity 120 HP. During storage USM-1 reduces forage losses for 10 – 20%.
